Host Terms

In these Host Terms, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them:

• "Host" — any individual or entity that lists a property, vehicle, or creative space on the Platform.
• "Crew" — any individual or entity that books a listing through the Platform for filming, photography, or other creative production purposes.
• "Listing" — a property, vehicle, or creative space listed by a Host on the Platform.
• "Booking" — a confirmed reservation made by a Crew member for a Listing.
• "Platform" — the website shootfolder.com, operated by Shootfolder.com Private Limited.
• "Booking Price" — the total amount payable by the Crew, including the base price set by the Host, applicable taxes (GST), and the Platform Service Fee.
• "Platform Service Fee" — the fee charged by Shootfolder for facilitating the booking, disclosed prior to payment confirmation.

These Host Terms ("Host Terms") supplement the general Terms of Use and govern your relationship with Shootfolder.com Private Limited as a Host. By creating a listing on the Platform, you agree to be bound by both the general Terms of Use and these Host Terms.

In the event of a conflict between the general Terms of Use and these Host Terms, the Host Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Shootfolder acts solely as a facilitator connecting Hosts with Crew. We are not a party to any agreement between you and the Crew. We do not own, control, or manage any listed property.

We provide the technology platform, payment processing infrastructure, and customer support to facilitate transactions. Responsibility for the listing, its accuracy, and the fulfilment of bookings rests entirely with the Host.

Listing Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your listing is accurate, current, and not misleading. This includes property descriptions, photos, amenities, pricing, availability, and any restrictions or rules.

Permission to List: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to list the property on the Platform, whether as owner, tenant with subletting rights, or authorised agent.

Bookings as Binding Agreements: Once a booking is confirmed, it constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Crew. You are obligated to make the property available as described in the listing for the confirmed dates and times.

Booking Price: You set the base price for your listing. The Booking Price displayed to Crew includes your base price, applicable GST, and the Platform Service Fee. You receive the base price minus any applicable deductions.

Site Conditions:You must ensure that the property is safe, clean, and in the condition described in the listing. You must disclose any known hazards, restrictions, or conditions that may affect the Crew's use of the property.

Recordings Licence: By accepting a booking, you grant the Crew a limited, non-exclusive licence to capture audio-visual recordings at your property for the duration of the booking. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights in the property or its likeness beyond what is reasonably necessary for the production.

Surveillance Disclosure: If your property has any surveillance cameras or recording devices, you must clearly disclose this in your listing and to the Crew before the booking commences.

Event Preparation: You are responsible for preparing the property for each booking, including clearing personal belongings if agreed, ensuring access arrangements, and being available (or designating a representative) for check-in and check-out.

Disputes:In the event of a dispute with a Crew member, you agree to first attempt resolution through Shootfolder's support team. We may mediate disputes but are not obligated to do so.

Non-Circumvention: You agree not to circumvent the Platform by arranging direct bookings or transactions with Crew members you met through Shootfolder. Violation of this provision entitles Shootfolder to liquidated damages of 20% of the transaction value, without prejudice to any other remedies available under law.

Search Ranking: Listing visibility in search results is determined by multiple factors, including listing quality, response rate, booking history, reviews, pricing competitiveness, and recency of updates. We do not guarantee any specific search position.

Insurance: We recommend that Hosts maintain adequate property insurance covering third-party use for filming and production activities. Shootfolder does not provide insurance coverage for Hosts.

The following terms apply to Crew members when interacting with Host listings:

Permits & Permissions: Crew members are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary filming permits, permissions, and licences from local authorities. Shootfolder and Hosts are not responsible for permit-related compliance.

Overstaying:If a Crew member exceeds the booked duration without the Host's express consent, the Host may charge additional fees at the agreed hourly/daily rate, and the Crew member may be held liable for any resulting damages.

Damage Claims: If damage occurs to the property during a booking, the Host may submit a damage claim through the Platform within 72 hours of the booking end time. Shootfolder will facilitate communication between the parties but does not adjudicate damage claims.

Security Deposits: Hosts may require a security deposit as part of the booking. Security deposits are held by Shootfolder and are fully refunded upon cancellation. For completed bookings, deposits are released within 7 business days after the booking end time, provided no damage claim has been filed.

Hosts may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion:

• All active listings will be immediately removed from the Platform.
• Financial records (payouts, invoices, GST-related data) will be retained for 6 years as required by applicable tax legislation.
• Pending payouts will be processed via UPI through Razorpay within the standard payout window (T+2 to T+4 business days) before the account is fully deactivated.
• Active bookings must be completed or cancelled before account deletion can proceed.

These Host Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Host Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
